We ship exclusively with trusted national carriers to ensure the safe and prompt arrival of your purchase, and every shipment is securely packaged and fully insured from the moment it leaves our office until it is delivered to your door.

Shipping Within the United States

Shipping is complimentary on every U.S. order. Your shipping method is determined by the value of your order:

UPS	Second Day Air

FedEx	Standard Overnight
UPS	Next Day Air Saver

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are shipped as follows:

Orders under $1000	$100 shipping charge will be incured
Orders over $1000	FedEx International Economy
	UPS Worldwide Expedited

International customers are responsible for any VAT, customs fees, duties, or taxes required by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact customer service to arrange a Saturday delivery for your order.

Signature Required

Every order requires the signature of an adult at delivery. The carrier will not leave your package without a signature, even if a signature waiver is on file. Please make sure an authorized adult is available to sign for the package to avoid delivery delays.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

If you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card issuer or bank and add the alternate address to your account before placing your order. This allows us to verify the address and protect you against fraud.

Reroute, alternate-address, and hold-for-pickup requests are subject to a $25 service charge.

We deliver to physical home and business addresses only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
